I was talking to a friend this morning who has a one year old boy and a three year old girl. She looked good but was obviously having trouble waking up. She said it was “one of those nights.” (Patty and I joke about not getting any sleep with four kids in the 80’s.)
I asked my friend if she had tried to shake off the cobwebs with breathing? Without another word she inhaled, closed her eyes and moved her neck in a circle. After a second or two she exhaled and smiled.
Breathing brings your body its most important fuel. Without it you die. It’s a core Tossly concept of physical health and a quick and helpful way to add energy to your steps.
For now … as you’re sitting there … close your eyes, take a slow deep breath and then let it out slowly. Repeat. Feel the benefits.
Remember to breath. It’s a small step any time you need to relax, refocus or reenergize.
You are in control of your change. Please spread the word.
Love to hear your thoughts. Talk with you tomorrow.
Have Fun,
Jim
