How To Use

Tossly’s framework for personal change has both design elements and tools to obtain and sustain personal growth.  While much information is presented on this site, the core is divided into four inter-related sections:

1. Pieces of Personal Change: The generic components of personal change that everyone uses over and over again in support of positive change.

2. Elements of Health: Not change itself, but the intertwined elements of life that are subject to change. Each person has uniquely compounded and focused on these elements to create their life.

3. Moving Forward: Awareness and activities that link the Pieces of Personal Change to the Elements of Health, and give an individual more control over their direction.

4. Writing for Growth and Development: A specific tool that is freely available for anyone can use to clarify thinking in support of chosen movement. Turning non-sense into sense.

The pages of each section, and sub-section, will be linked to one another so they can be reviewed in order. They each contain overviews of ideas and actions, as well as links to more in-depth information.  If you prefer, there will be an overview of all sections so you can jump around to whatever gets your attention.

Every page is meant to be a small step towards more understanding and ability in personal change — so you can have more of what you want, and less of what you don’t want.
